It’s August, and the air in Sacramento has been hot and smoky. Just tons of pollution due to all the forest fires in Northern California. August came in like a lion–or more to the point, a dragon–I have no idea what it will go out like
So this was a good opportunity to close all the windows, turn on the A/C, and broadcast to you my first salvo of music for the month. It was a pretty good load–53 songs, some of them new; others “new to me”. But it was all hand-picked just for you, and includes some of the finest songs from my collection.
I was still on a little bit of a high from my recent food and music excursion to Texas, which kept me off of the radio for a couple of weeks. But good to know that after all that time, I still remember how to press the “play” button. Now it’s your turn to press “play”, and enjoy this show.
