So where is the Woody Radio HR Department when you need them? The last time they were seen was when they dropped off the Woody Radio employee handbook to the station. And even that is a sham. It’s not so much a handbook as it is a pamphlet. And not even a pamphlet–it’s really just a single sheet of paper on it, which simply says “we make you rock hard”. So I try to follow that lone rule to the best of my ability.
Honestly, we don’t really have a lot of rules. The main rules, aside from the one mentioned above, are pretty much play whatever music you want, and just be yourself. I can honestly say that all of the Woody Radio DJs, including myself, do exactly that. But it’s not hard when there’s so much great indie music out there.
